one last birthday post

Posted on 6 July 2008. Filed under: Uncategorized |

I do believe we are done partying for a while. I feel like we’ve been non-stop for the past few days. Yesterday we had baby’s party (again) with family and friends. So I have this one last post with pics and then I’ll spare you all the crazy amount of pics for a while.

Here’s all his party stuff and the cakes I made. mmmm Dirt Cake in a bucket served with a shovel! How fun is that! It really was good. 2 cakes, 7 boxes of pudding, 1 bag of oreos and a bag of gummy worms later……

Baby’s 1st Birthday Cakes!

Baby’s 1st Birthday Goodies.

The pinata didn’t work, but the kids had fun destroying it with bats after we got the treats out. We all pulled the strings and nothing happened so the kids took turns hitting it with bats, which I was trying to avoid but it didn’t turn out so bad, until we got into it.

Mommy and Baby getting some yummy dirt cake!
(I apologize for the partial booby shot. Nothing to fill those cups up.)

Everybody getting strings to pull on the pinata!

And then nothing worked! See all the strings on the ground!
And a perfect #1 still hanging pretty!

Baby LOVES his new chair!
