sleep issues

Posted on 14 July 2009. Filed under: Uncategorized |

What are we going to do with this kid?! Holy crap! He’s gotta learn to like sleeping an entire night someday, doesn’t he?! Hey, wishful thinking never hurt anyone.

Note to self: Make sure balloons are all contained in one room before night time. Preferably a room that no one is going to use. After getting tangled in them during musical beds last night they ended up all over the house. Walking through the house in the dark and coming face to face with a balloon tends to scare the crap outta someone. Trust me. Also… the big blow-up football catcher guy in the corner. It’s not an intruder, it’s just a toy. Yeah, I know right…. tell that to a half-awake person walking around the house in the dark carrying the toddler who has just been attacked by balloons being swirled around the room by the ceiling fan.

I’m going to find coffee and a shrink now.

This reminds me of the time we had a wayward balloon floating around our house. We all swore the balloon was possessed, especially the time it floated into the bathroom while Hub was taking his bath. 🙂
